I did OK the first 2 seasons but the 3rd season is not going as well as I hoped. Ranked 56 now, I am 42-26-1 as an owner. However I am 1-4 in league play atm in the revamped Cougar League. Poor Game study, and poor game-planning and dots in need of fine tuning/overhaul - and lack of a successful offensive/defensive philosophy are the main reasons imho that I am sliding. The GM would have full control of all executive decisions and personnel changes - whether you want coaches or not is up to you. I provide any player needed built as you wish, you may bring in any player and replace mine as you see fit. If Bort offers reset to rookie team again and that's what you wanna do, we will do that.
