When creating a defensive playbook it shows the CB 1 on the right side(the side of the FS), while the CB2 is on the left side(The side of the SS) [In real life it is flipped around]

So am I to assume that WR2 plays the right side, while WR1 plays the left?

In your offensive depth chart it shows the order.
