It looks like you're trying to make a pass offense! Would you like some help?
1. Go watch a bunch of http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/team/37 's games.
2. Write down the pass plays they use.
3. Put those plays in your playbook for every passing possibility (ie. all your passing pages will be the same plays)
4. Create a tactics page that will mostly call those plays
5. In the 3rd and Long/Very Long section of your playbook, just call an inside run
6. Have all your WR's go crazy on Receiving Hands, Route Elusiveness, Catch in Traffic, and Quickness.
Tada! You will start winning games.

As for me, I was only a defensive coordinator last season, and I was learning the game since it was my first.
Now, this season...I'm running a rookie team entirely my way. I'm doing things nobody else in GLB2 thinks will work which means I'm not copying anyone else. So my winning or losing is mostly on me.
It's ever so much more interesting that way.

Who said anything about winning trophies? We have to take baby steps here and getting him winning games.
As for me, I was only a defensive coordinator last season, and I was learning the game since it was my first.
Now, this season...I'm running a rookie team entirely my way. I'm doing things nobody else in GLB2 thinks will work which means I'm not copying anyone else. So my winning or losing is mostly on me.
It's ever so much more interesting that way.

Honestly after creating all those players, I realized how much of a pain it was to keep up with them all, I haven't even assigned points to anything yet lol

I think most are inactive. I put in an ad for my player forever ago and no replies. Looks like it's just one agent teams, a few teams with a core group, and inactives. I can only imagine what this looks like to new users signing up trying to find a team.
