Sweet crap it makes the low level games frustrating. Just have it be a sliding scale as you level up so the Rookie leagues don't have QB's with multiple fumbles a game with nothing they can do about it.

It gets better once you hit first star.

It's been a few seasons...Leadership, Heart and Chemistry curbs this, right?

Yes.

You can invest for the best passing abilities early -- or you can invest to reduce fumbled snaps and hand offs...you can't have both in the early days.

I've noticed a lot more this year than last on my QB, I think RB chemistry also effects it because my QB keeps botching the snap to the 2 new RBs i have.

Maybe it's a sign from above that you should switch to a pass-first offense?

Yup, if you hover over leadership it says "determines QBs handoff ability"

Yes, I know leadership helps with this. It's the first thing I pumped up. I'm still fumbling way too often.

40. I know that's not super high, but it should be enough to avoid so many fumbled snaps.

Probably mostly chem gettin ya at this point. The first couple games there is going to be almost no avoiding it unfortunately as everything is working against you.

Ah, good point, I hadn't considered that.

This is something that large portions of the GLB community have been against, many times - it leads to too many "BUT MY GUY NEVER FUMBLED LAST SEASON" complaints when they passed one level but not the next one, and throws a gigantic monkey wrench into the works when you remember that the ladder often puts rookies vs sophs.

They *did* do that. Compare to S1 weeks 1-3 or so.

Exactly, I really hate it.

Corndog says they don't have anything like that. But on the other hand he said they did *something* so it's not clear if it's rookie-based or just a floor on how bad chem can affect snaps or something.
