SO I have a rookie team, and the Majority of the team is my players. The question is at the end of the season obviously my players will have leveled up,so will i have to let them play on other teams for next season? or can they stay on my team? I also read something about having your team not roll-over to rookie each season....where is the option located so you wont roll back to rookie each season?

It generally works the other way around where you're team automatically goes up a tier unless you tell it not too
The option to stay rookie shows up a few days before the season ends

Your team will automatically promote to sophomore. Poster above is right that you have to select an option at the end of the season to stay rookie.
