I figure that with the 2 CB% AEQ pieces, 84ish catching should suffice, should I take catching a bit higher? Is vision high enough? Too high?

if you are going to have Catch Fake, Head Fake and Juke you should have +12% Fake as your bonus CE then

With jumping that low, he's really gonna need to get open to make catches... so, if possible, swapping strength with jumping would probably yield better results... since both are fairly close numerically. And I agree with reddog... gonna invest in CF, HF, and Juke... might as well invest in it's firing.
