Just joined, I played the original goaline a lot. I accidentally jumped the gun and joined a CPU team right away. Wondering if there is a way to get off and join a user team for next season or if it is best to just stay where I'm at.

ya a cpu team is a great place to start and start getting some games in for skill points. You can always leave a cpu team for player controlled.

you can't switch teams though until you get an offer from a GM.

Like Mezirah said, you can sign with an active team as soon as you get an offer if you're on a CPU or inactive team.

If you made an 'experienced' player, then it is in your best interest to sign up to a CPU team ASAP so you don't miss any SP. If that was the case with you, then you did the right thing by jumping the gun.

you can request offers for your player.

Specifically, go to your player page, click the "Offers" button, and there's a link to request a CPU team to send out contracts.
