I want to make sure my guys get a contract to play for my team next season.

What is the procedure? How/when do I send out contracts for next year without letting any of my guys get cut?

Thanks.

When the playoffs start, their contracts will enter an "expiring" state. You can then send out new contracts for the next season. As folks sign those contracts, the "expiring" state will clear and they'll be set for next season.
