if you have points for a superstar rookie does the rookie always play on a rookie team? I guess what i'm really asking is if long term as players start to retire do you just get fewer and fewer and fewer teams because you can never add new players or if you make a new player can he come in at the sophomore (or whatever higher level) experience?

does chemistry reset every year?

Not rly sure what you're asking in that top part...

For your 2nd part, chemistry is tied to the player, not the team, if the players stay on the team chemistry stays the same, if the players leave the team, the next team they go on they start at 0.

Also any level player can play on any equal or higher level team.

your last sentence probably addressed my question - basically if guys start running off the end of their career how do you repopulate the team - so you can bring in younger guys so eventually your team is a mix of ages it sounds like

I gather you can't create new players at higher level then since you can fill in the roster with promoted lower level players
