I see lots of players looking for teams and very few replies.

Teams looking for players is busier prior to the off-season when teams are pre-planning. The players looking for teams meat market is where less organized teams fill gaps after off-season has begun.

is this because no one pm'd you about your players?

I wanted to recruit.


But then my whole damn rookie team decided to reup for next season. Seems like team loyalty became a thing while I was away from GLB.

Or I'm too lazy to find a new team, and resigning is easier.

Well seeing how important the team scheme is, people won't really pm you if you don't look right for the team.

people in marketplace are flakes

This is what happens when you can't resign people until the offseason. Nobody really knows what they need mid season.

Truth. I don't really see the point of it.

Either force every player to sign with new teams (stupid, because everyone would have 0 chem) or let people send renewal contracts.

I'll take it. Big sacks are hard to replace.

I usually start a post a few days before the playoffs start to at least get an idea of what's going on.
