It's a designed run - although not for the QB - and sacks generally are not awarded on designed runs. Depends a bit on the league how they rule that stuff but it's consistent for GLB.

That's a rushing play and should not be counted as a sack.

Plays where the QB drops back to pass and scrambles and is tackled or forced out of bounds at or behind the line of scrimmage should count as sacks, but in GLB they count as rushing plays.
