Why rush/block and waste energy if FGs can't be blocked? Most guys take the play off and save energy IRL too.

Or can they be blocked? Or do I need to tackle the placeholder before the kick?

Even if they can't be it is a tail of 2 sides expending energy so nothing is really lost or gained in it but it does leave some strategy to your depth chart anyways.

The only reason it was put into the game in the first place is so that players in GLB1 would get plays for XP. Bit of a joke tbh.

No, the only reason it was put into GLB1 is because people spent years acting like it was the most important thing ever.

I know the community wanted it; I'm just saying the community is completely wrong on the issue for GLB1. It just seems silly to have a play with zero interaction.

But you can block kicks in GLB1.

You're way late and out of context. Topic was made when there were a bunch of other questions by me and others being asked.

Ah, I see, so anything weird to you deserves defamation?

But on the topic, at this point I can only come to the conclusion that FGs can't be blocked. At the current speed of defenders they can consistently block the ball with their midsection if they weren't invisible to the ball on FG attempts. Now we'll just wait and see if they can tackle the placeholder before the kick, some guys might be fast enough to.

GLB 2 has transparent players, or did you miss that point?
