Trying to send out contracts for the team I GM and it's not giving me my team as an option when I get to the offer screen.

You have no cap space, so it won't let you offer a contract. Cut some CPUs first, then you should be able to send out contracts.

Already tried that. Had salary cap space, still doesn't have a team in the drop down box when I go to offer
