1. Currently you are number 1 in Gamma Division, but looking past that, if you were in any other division you would be chasing the wild card right now. You have a record of 6-3 with losses to both Detroit and MoD. You play Deeproute next which would be a make of break game for you. Does this worry you that if you were not in Gamma that chances are you would not be going to the playoffs especially if you lose to Deeproute?

Yes, I would be worried that I wouldn't even break the Wild Card spot if I wasn't in the Gamma Division. Losing to MoD, Detroit, and Alpine though is no hard feat because those teams are really great teams and to beat them is an accomplishment. I know when teams beat New York they feel a sense of pride because They have shown from last season that they can be a great team and shock the rankings. Also, some of the teams that those two teams you mentioned have lost to those New York has won. RNG has worked in mysterious ways for us this season.

2. Your last 4 league games have not been pretty, you barely beat Sacramento who has 2 league wins, needing a major 4th quarter come back to win by a touchdown, lost bad to Alpine, Barely beat Helmand with a last minute touchdown and lost pretty badly to MoD. Is your team just coasting or are there major issues inside your locker room?

I guess you can call it coasting because I have given the players a build plan to follow on and I found the most efficient playbook and tactic that works best with my team. as to whether or not they follow it is up to them. The teams I've barely beaten though their record doesn't represent the team that they are. Helmand did beat Ministry and Sacramento has a great team that just can't close the deal. MoD's game and Detroits game was just better game planning against us. It was hard to game plan against a team that was desperately trying to figure anything out and really had no offensive gameplan set in stone as you and MoD have stated to me in the past.

3. Deven Ford is averaging 1.8 ypc for you, putting all the pressure on Jukey to carry the team. Do you think your team would be better served by letting him go and finding another running back that can help carry the load?

If I can find another another player who can out perform Deven, I have no problem cutting him. For some reason he has the ability to be a great power runner he just seems to not do what I want him to do. It could be because of his Carrying Awareness having a low maximum that really affects it. I'm not afraid of cutting my own players because my team was once owned 75% by me and now I have only 5 players on the team. So, better served possibly. It all depends if I can find someone who can compliment Jukey.

4. You have the 2nd highest rated passing attack in Osprey, but only the 10th in rushing. Do you worry that your teams one dimensional offense is making it easier for teams to game plan against you?

We don't truly run one dimensional, as I like to run and pass. Sadly though with us coming from behind a lot we end up passing to catch up. It doesn't mean when behind I go all pass though as I still do run. But, the passing becomes more of a need to do. As you can see, we come from behind a lot so it usually means more passing going on. Passing Defense is almost very mediocre than to the rushing game as it's easier to stop the run than to stop the pass. The only thing that stops the passing game the most is drops and nearby defense drops.

5. Your defense seems very boom or bust, you are 9th in pass defense, but very strong against the run. Your team has alot of sacks and turnovers yet you give up a lot of points. Is your defense a reflection of you, do you like playing it dangerously and going full throttle, damn the consequences?

Haha, I play a very dangerous game on the Defensive side of the ball. To me, I am an average game planner, and an average playbook maker. If I had another person or 2 to run the playbook and tactics, I'm sure we would be more in control and do better in the passing Department. As of right now though, I do go full throttle and think of the consequences later as I like to play that hard nosed football.

6. In most of your wins, you have come on strong in the second half, What do you think it is about your team that they start so slow and wait til the end to turn it on?

Late game surges make or break a team. If you can't play a full game, you will generally lose. Not to say if you play a 1st half so well that you can still get away with it. But, with my team we ride our gears gradually up until the end of the game as to try to effectively play our players to the maximum. Conditioning also I think helps but as to how much though I can't say. It could be just playing a slower paced Offense compared to my "in your face" Defense.

7. Given your teams late game showups, would you ever consider changing the teams name to the New York Heart Attacks? I am sure the fans of your team would agree that every week they feel like they are going to have one as they scream at the tv.

8. Is there any area of your team that you would point to and say is a must improve area? If so what are your plans to address this area in the future?

My running game for sure. That has been my point of weakness and it probably won't get addressed until the off-season when I cut some people (anyone who wants to leave, inactive, etc.) If I can also make the playbook or tactics for the run game better than what it is now. It will really make a difference as well. Just right now I haven't found a playbook or tactic that I would like to run than the one I made originally that has us winning games.

9. Deeproute, tampa, texas, canton and rhode island remain on your league schedule. which of these teams worry you and how do you see your team finishing up the season?

Tampa is definitely the one circled on my schedule as they play just like Alpine. They love to run, but they can beat you up in the passing game. They run a controlled chaos Defense that stops teams on Offense. It's also a revenge game since I lost to them in the Championship game in Season One.

10. Open forum, anything you would like to say that hasn't been talked about?

Just glad to see how far the forum has made it since Season One. It was just me and Stobie in the beginning of Season One, but has since grown to more players speaking in our league forum which makes being an owner have more fun as he can talk as well as trash talk but at the end of the day have a beer and laugh. Also good luck with everyone and the run to the Playoffs.

That's a funny question but it is in fact true we love those last minute scores to put us up. I'm sure those with a weak heart hate us and would agree with that name. But, no I wouldn't consider it because I like to steal the game.

Willing to do it, although I'll have to defer all questions on important things like music, scotch, and cheese to other team members.

There should definitely be multiple questions on cheese (answered by bladnach)
