When you get a team, if you have not logged in within a week (9 games) I think, the owner should get an automatic alert asking to please sign in and check on your team.

If the owner doesn't sign in within the second week of owning a team (18 games) that team should be giving to the next person on the waiting list.

If someone puts themselves on the waitlist and can't be bothered to log in everyday, they should not own a team, Bort need to make owners a little more accountable. I would actually like to see the waitlist disbanded, then install the the two rules I mentioned, it's not fun when you sit on an inactive team, not on the depth chart for four weeks, until customer service finally gets around to stepping in, the 14 day rule is just too long when you have three games in a row with one day off and your player isn't even on the depth chart.

I also think the price for a first time owner should go up to about 2000 FP, them renewing that team should cost 500 FP each season. Put a little more responsibility into running a team, cause right now it's kinda a joke.

The waitlist (at least, in GLB1) is set up to not give teams to people already inactive. So that first part is moot.

The second one has it's own problems - some new guy, coming in and taking over the team, putting in his schemes, when I don't want to play for that guy. He may run things terribly. With the inactive flag, I have the choice to sign with another team (and the depth chart gets set automatically, so with inactive owners you do not sit off the depth chart. Ever.), but with a new owner the contract becomes binding and I can't get out.

Riasing the price is good, but the rest of these are unneeded or unfeasible.

Yet, Potts, it has given teams to users that were already inactive. You'll have the option to leave, just like GLB1, I think it's three days.

How do I pull a player off a team that has an inactive owner? I have two players that are both stuck in this situation that I'd love to see on a team with active leadership.

Thank you for any help you can provide.

You have to get an offer from an active team. Then you can be free.

Put an ad up in the Players Looking For Teams forum. If someone is interested, they can sign you right now.

If nobody is interested, you'll have to wait it out. Or try sending a message to Support, they will sometimes go in and cut folks from these kind of teams.

The wait list does not give teams to inactive accounts.

And that's the only comment you have about my idea?

Either it has given teams to inactive owners or they have gone inactive 5 minutes after getting the team. You could make a player on day 1 and get offers from inactive owners.

Or make a 'claim team' button so you have to be active the moment you get the team.
