3-4 DEs have to have some serious size. Not uncommon to see them at 290-300lbs.

Oh for sure. Then all these tall QBs are next.

3-4 Defenses aren't going anywhere even though the league is more pass oriented than it ever was. You're aren't going to have small agile DE's in a 3-4 system.
