My CB had a bunch of auto-generated offers from CPU teams, i go to view the offers and they are all gone and hes signed to a team with an inactive owner. Great. Didnt even get to look at the options.

If the owner is inactive your guy can sign with a different team. Just gotta find someone willing to give him a contract.
