Is anyone else playing a sophomore team tomorrow in their ladder game?! Granted the team we play is doing awful in their league they still have players that are way more advanced. I just find this weird. I guess maybe we will win....

It's happening to a lot of teen/twentyish teams in the tier. It's how Elo works - if you're getting a better rating than a team, you should be able to beat them. There's always going to be some overlap at the extreme ends, and over time you'll be sorted to where you "belong".
