Any tips/info on how to properly build FS/SS? Do you build them similarly to CBs?

FS is usually zone specialist and SS is usually hart hitting. It just depends on what type of defense they will play on. My FS is fast and a zone specialist.

My run-stopping SS that has just started to fill out his coverage skills:

Because of his high pursuit, he's always looked like the smartest player on the field. He makes his way through traffic easily, and has always found the ball carrier especially in his first season (167 tackles, 20 tackles for a loss).

Yeah imo pursuit = intelligence when it comes to making his way to the tackle and how he approaches the tackle.

How's this look for a starter build?

Looks good. Next I'd take toughness, heart, def. consistency, footwork, tackling tech, and tackling grip to 20, just to give them a little boost and round things out to nice even numbers.
