It has been about 3 seasons since my last post of this nature. Then it was a coordinator ranking, now it is a survey in an attempt to better our PW game. Hopefully the following information will be valuable to all of us, but especially those who are really trying to learn how to compete in the PWG ranks.
I sent a PM to approximately 15-20 PWG agents with a few relevant questions to our game today. I was very picky with who I sent this to in an attempt to only provide some of the most valuable offers possible. If you did not get the PM, please excuse me. I don't want to offend anyone, but I wanted to make sure and protect the integrity of the post. It wouldn't do us any good to have a lot of answers from agents who are still learning.
If you read my last post, you'll know that I will not under any circumstances share the names of who answered my survey. If any agent decides to identify themselves and their answers, so be it. However out of respect for each agent, I will not share their name or their responses.

For those that don't know (most of you), I just recently purchased my first home. I just moved in this past weekend. I've been back and forth between cities weekly and burning up the miles. I know my rankings have been missing and thanks so much to those of you who have PMed me asking when the rankings will return. I am now moved in and will be getting internet set up tomorrow (hopefully). The answers to this post are numerous. I'll be copying answers from over a dozen agents. It is impossible to do that on my little android tablet. I expect to be able to access my big and powerful computer tomorrow. I'll be able to get you all of the answers you want then!!!!
And as a teaser... Below I will put down 2 of the questions that you will see answered. I asked around 10-15 questions (can't remember exactly). All the answers were great and I know you will enjoy!.

What can agents/owners to today to improve their dots/teams?
