Your passing progressions are all jacked up.
You O-line can't run block and you ran the ball inside almost exclusively.
4th and short and u punted it inside field goal range. You should've just ran a slam or dive like you were doing all game, or at the very least kicked a field goal.
Your QB is also throwing the ball a little too soon may want to have him switch away from open man some, he's also throwing the ball too lofty, move to bullet more.
The back wedge on your kickoff return team is too slow, they don't provide any blocking for your returner.
