This is my first season as team owner, I have already extended the team for another season and I plan on keeping the team active for many seasons to come. For this, I need some staff and also active agents.
I do have a small core of active agents as well as a coordinator for offense and defense. But I need more. Assistants, headcoach, Managers and recruiters. Also someone to handle the Special Teams and perhaps an assistant for him/her also. This is a good oppotunity to get aquianted with GLB2 tactics and the AI and the more eyes on the tactics, the better.
Also need to recruit active agents. Many agents on the team are not active. This needs to change in order to be competetive.

Personally, I was a long time team owner on GLB with success. Also was building several linemen with success there and want to explore player building here. So I have some players on the team, that I fully expect to be treated just like any other player. I have this team for the long run and hope to win some trophies.
