How much more inferior are CPU players to Human players? I assume the level up at the same rate with the rest of the human players...
Secondly, at this point in the season, even though it's early, is it worth it to have guys build human controlled players to replace CPU players, even if that means chemistry starting from 0?

CPU players literally put their points into attributes at random. Some are decent. Most suck hard. If you want to win, humans will likely be better.

They end up with more points in the lower-cost skills, so you can get an idea of how they'll build by looking at their traits and what skills are affected.
