To all DE and DT boys out there.

One of the three pass rush abilities is pass rush defl, which states 'the ability to deflect nearby passes while pass rushing.'

Do you guys consider it an important ability? After watching several games, I have actually never seen DE or DT batting the ball down when pass rushing, so I am not so sure if this is something I want to spend my SP on.

Any thoughts?

All the time when I'm trying to test on my devbox because CPU players have like 40-50 in it.

This. If you make a JJ Watt (heavy jumping, heavy deflect), it should happen. Is it the best build? Probably not. But it's a thing you can do and throw some points at every now and then.

Does anyone have links to replays where DT/DE gets the ball batted down?

I just want to see how it plays out.
