Would be nice to have a Notes area inside each playbook to keep track of what plays work/don't work, things you've tried, plays added/removed etc. Things like "This play in 4-3 Broken man coverage, don't use until fixed"

I can keep that all externally, but that means it's just more of a hassle doing it that way.

I like this, additionally, it might not be terrible to keep an audit trail rather than having to note what changes you made when.
