Got a few inactive owners on my team already, haven't logged in since signing them Jan.28. Would it be best to cut bait now while the hit on chem will be small? Rookie team by the way. Thanks.

Ultimately, it's up to you whether you want to cut them or not. But, there could be multiple reasons why that person could not have logged on as I've cut some people and they had a legitimate reason why they left, just didn't bother telling you they were going away for some time. If you do want to cut them, you might as well cut them early on so they will be close to everyone else in chemistry.
