So if it's 1st Q with like 12 minutes on the clock, is that a pressure situation? If not, that means Kick Consistency is completely worthless on that kick, yes?

I have the same Q (kick/receiving/defence/pass/block consistency). What exactly is a pressure situation? Every 4th down? Any 3rd down, or it must be a 3rd and long perhaps?
Is it affected by the game clock and/or score? Like a 1st down might not seem as a pressure situation, but how about a 1st and goal with only 3 seconds left in the game and trailing by 6?
