We have site-wide top plays, and team top plays. How about a place on the league page for top plays? Either for the week or the whole season.

Sounds like a good idea to me. Site top plays, you're almost never going to see your player on, or even one involving your team. League wide top plays let people see highlights, and give a nice little "look how bad your guys got blown up" league forum trash talk fuel.

Small link to 'league leaders' / 'league stats' page so not everything is on the same page? Could also fit Pro Bowl rosters, etc there when that comes in.

Why not a relatively medium sized box above/below the MVP race? I mean, there's nothing set in stone about how "long" a page is, up and down, is there?

Have to think about the mobile experience.

Stupid mobile. Maybe make the box a show/hide, with default being hide on mobile?
