Is the beginning of running plays scripted so snap reaction does not matter on them?

I am not noticing guys with better snap reaction getting pitches further out or moving earlier towards the QB on running plays to suggest it matters.

Split wide as a receiver, that could matter. I don't think it matters line up as tailback.
