Just wondering... if you purchase a new Rookie team, do you have to sign only lvl 0 players? Or can you sign a rookie that player that is level 1?

Rookies can't have experience yet. Have to be zero until games are played. Then new rookies can have exp commensurate with number of games played. Best way to find out is to try to sign somebody. If you can't sign them, they don't belong in your league.

On your league page it shows you the exact level cap for players on teams in that league.
