You're spreading your points out too much to end up with an effiecient build. Speed should be 68+ without equipment by now. Are you multi-training and using training enhancements? I'm guessing you don't play much as you've been signed up since 2008 and know little about building dots.

Yeah... I know it sounds counter-intuitive but, when it comes to building any dots for this game (GLB original), you really gotta pound ONE skill from the very start. For a speed WR that would be speed. And don't worry about your effective level... at the beginning it will seem out of whack but, if you're building it right, the numbers will adjust and shine later on. By now your speed should be approaching 70+ while your other skills should be closer to 10-15 tops. And you should be multi-training... if not by now, at least soon.
Now... if you're building a PeeWee dot you plan on retiring at season's end, what you have isn't that bad. But, for a long term build, I would scrap this one at season's end and try again. You might be able to "salvage" the build a little... but you'd never be satisfied once you've poured a lot of flex into the build only to see your playing time diminish (most likely) as other builds of the same archetype pass you by with better speed.

Thank you, I have been told different things by different people and I had some success with it in the past I'm just looking to make my "dots" better.

And DarkRogue you are right I don't play much I enjoy this simulation it's fun and I posted that to learn more about building since I have time to play this again
