I've tried Firefox and chrome. I just get the dots circling like it's about to load but never does.

Are you looking specifically at a single player?

I have found that when trying to load a link like:
http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/13395/2432665?player_id=8365

it never loads. But if I chop off the "?player_id=###" bit
http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/13395/2432665

This loads just fine. I can then find the player in the list and click "follow" and it works.

I'm not sure what you're saying here. I'm talking about following a link from the player or game page that used to load a play with a single player already in follow mode - basically, clicking a play from the list of a player's plays. This link seems to be broken.

If you just erase the "player_id" info, you can load the play. Then scroll down into the list of players on the field and you can click "highlight" and "follow" all you want, and it will work because of how it's built into the page.

This works for me too.

thanks for the fix but I don't see why it stopped working now. All last season I loaded replays the same

It's annoying because I like to pick and choose the replays I watch.

Because it has to do with the recent changes to the replay engine rather than the games themselves. It seems that it doesn't work with links that provide a player_id anymore, so any links with a player_id will fail. Presumably they will fix that pretty soon.

Whatever they did to fix the "follow player" buttons being all horrible broke this; now when you click follow, it just changes the effect and mouseover text of the next play button to next followed play (or whatever it actually says). Somehow this is incompatible with the ?player_id=1234 format. Probably the engine guy forgot/didn't know about those links into the replays, given that he had problems with the "follow" button to begin with.

Also, you can no longer restart the play and then hover over guys anymore. You have to be on a frame other than 0 for the players links to show on hover.

Also, what happened to the button that goes back to frame 0 without auto-starting? I was able to do this on the old version, now I have to play the replay, then pause it, then click restart for it to stay at frame 0. Last version there was a button that brought it back to frame 0 during the replay or after it was done without auto-restarting it.

Yes I had and have auto-start checked. But what I described above worked as described before, now something has changed.
