It depends on build, but i suggest asking team coordinators as its more about what kind of plays and tactics they use

I guess the pass coverage is what Im more concerned with. Why would a pass rushing DE play pass coverage? I don't want him in pass coverage. Trying to get the best qb pressure. high agility and 2nd is speed, vision, strength.
A DE plays some pass coverage to stop outside shallow passes and screens. I wouldn't worry about it. It's what a DE is expected to do outside of rush the QB and try and stop runs. If it's a big deal talk to your DC about the settings/play calls.
