I think the Ladder should show whether a team is rookie or sophomore on the Ladder Ranks page. Just another field with the little Green R or Red S next to the team name. Would also be cool if you could filter the list using the team classification too as an added bonus.

Maybe they could just have rookie teams name green and the sophomore team names in Red. That way they wouldn't have to add another field.
