Hey guys. I made the cutoff date for experienced players on day 47.

But why didn't you make it Day 48... isn't there another game to be played? I mean, they won't be able to get the max XP and you'll have to rewrite some catchup script for it?

Well, we made day 48 for Superstars and we totally can't have them be able to make Soph. XP Superstars for next season.

No shit. But, you could just make it so Superstars can't be built until day 49. It's not like they have teams to sign with or anything.

Nah. Our system is unquestionably great.

well there's no logical reason why it had to be today...

I guess I missed the announcement that yesterday was the last day to make players? I was under the impression it was today since the last XP'd game was today. That'd be the logical time to do it.... considering you couldn't get max XP yesterday?

The schedule bort made is wack. I think he knows its wack too but hes bort and he aint got time for that. Borts probably got little borts and bitchy bort at home tellin him to clean the gutters. Me feel bad for borty worty and think we should give him his own holiday. I love me some bort

I agree, you should be able to make a Sophomore player today tbh, no catch-up button required, since they didn't seem to have a problem with people only playing one game and getting to sophomore, they shouldn't have a problem with a player starting in sophomore.

you technically don't even have to play a game... could just make 'em yesterday and do catch up :\

If you guys complain he will take it all away and there will be no experienced check box. Think about it.

Really? Because if you look at it why would anyone play through their rookie season if they can jump all the way to sophmore. Stats? I mean he might not take away the option entirely but I can see him not letting us build experienced players after the seasons midway point to prevent Rookie teams from being bare thin because people would rather skip an entire tier by building on day 48. Do you see how this is a possibility now?

because you're actually paying the same for less. You won't get those games back.

And no one would rather do that. This is about the second season of beta. This is a different monster.

My only complaint is that the experienced option was going to go away "the day before the last day of the season". I took that as Day 50 (or perhaps a little later if season 2 had to be delayed for some reason). If the last day to create experienced players was going to be day 47 I wish they would've said that. I intended to rebuild a couple players for my team and had committed to building a player for someone else.
