Does the 2nd Place team get the trophy for the players to show they made it to the Championship Game or are we doing only Championship Winners?

Hell, even the teams who got to the Championship deserve the gold if they win and silver if they lose. It gives the team the show they have been to the Championship Game. I know the winners get their gold trophy. But, for bragging rights and free agency pick ups, some people look for teams that have been to the championship and aren't always a bottom of the well team.

If you are not first, you are last... maybe thats the point behind it?
