I don't think the owner did anything wrong, but this player is the only level 5 player in the game when everyone else is still at 96.7% to sophomore. Normally I wouldn't be bothered by someone getting 1 extra day of EXP, and thus being 1 level higher, except that this player has only boosted once. Which should mean that even with the extra day of exp, they should only be level 4.

But yeah...looks like this is bugged. I'll bring it up with Bort, not sure what coulda caused it.

I just performed a player search for Lvl 5 and up, these are the only two that pop up.

I'd guess it's because they had a game resim, guessing the script crashed after giving those two XP.

Boosting doesn't affect levels fwiw. Even unboosted players will be level 5 after tomorrow.

Those dudes should miss out on XP so everyone else catches up.
