Did you offer him a new contract which he rejected?

I renegotiated all the contracts at the beginning of the season. I honestly don't know if he accepted it or not.

I can see that some people accepted offers in the last few days, on high contracts. Just wondering if this happens if you reject a renegotiation in season.

Also, are you an Arsenal fan?

Interesting, I have never seen this before as I was just clicking on tabs when I first started and even then it said I was on a team and couldn't retire him, so how he managed to do that and still be loaded up on to your team is weird.

I have rejected contracts before and it doesn't make him look like he's a free agent. Just tested it out and double checked and it held true, it still won't let me get a choice to retire my player or not while on a team.

Yeah, I just tried it also. That agent must be some sort of wizard or suchlike.

I only got into Arsenal because one of my closest friends from college is a big Arsenal fan. So I figured I'd give them a shot. I also like Norwich City, but Arsenal is my team.
