is there any way to change someone from say am assistant coordinator to head coach?

the only possible option i can see now if I want to do that is to fire the user from there current position and then offer them a new GM role.

I was looking for a way to just change the role from assistant to head coach if that is possible. i tried offering a different role to one of the assistant coaches and got a message that this agent already has role on the team.

should be able to just switch someone to a new role if that was desired
