With so many attributes, it is difficult to tell at a glance if an agent is not applying their SPs. Probably the worst part of being an owner is trying to figure out who is still paying and who is not.

True. I try to friend all my teammates, but it doesn't help when they deny (lol) or don't respond. And if they haven't ever posted in forums then you can't see their last login.
