For training gains you should have waited with boosting at the end of the season, othervise it looks decent Because you boosted allready im not sure when you should start with multitraining... I would say 73 earliest. Then i would have 4 way training with Throwing on the free spot and vision, strength and confidece in the other 3. Then keep on putting SP in throwing for the rest of this season. When you stop putting SP in throwing, keep on multitraining it to about 100 or when you are going to start light traing for advanced equipment (a throwing qb mostly needs only pass quality % and pass distance % pieces and you dont need to wory about AEQ for a while)

Good points to build is to train the attribute at the same time you put SP in it and only put the SP when you can cap (when the attribute costs 1 point more) and if you are good at it try to have the training % at 90+ when you put the SP, so that when you cap it you can then train it so that it rollovers and you win one SP (because if you train it at say 33 (costs 1SP) instead off 49 (costs 2SP) you miss as the training value is better at where it cost one SP more)

Also dont put SP in SAs untill lvl 65-70
