And while I said O Line above, I presume its meaningless for the Center?

And I would have to wager that QBs and Kickers do not need.

For anyone who is speed based or needs to react quickly.

I'd guess: OL, DL, WR, LB and maybe DB

Add TE HB (moving with the play on rushing plays) and QB
Basically everyone
K and P might need it

Safeties don't need it.

K and P might or might not.

Everyone else does.

Safeties need it in order to come up and make tackles in the run game or stay with a receiver in man
Safeties in deep zone don't need it
