I didn't have a complete ST Depth Chart for PR / KR - so the missing spots occasionally (more often than not) would pull the returner out and start him elsewhere in that alignment, Se1 OU1 etc.

So even though he was the only one on the PR / KR Slot - he was being pulled out to play other positions in those return formations, forcing someone else random with speed off the roster in to the KR/PR Slot

Not sure I've seen this problem?

The dude I put at returner has returned every kick and punt this season.

I've had a couple people do a return or 2. It's probably due to stamina issues.

Same as corndog for me, but then again he doesn't do anything but return so again might be a stamina issue. I saw an instance where my FB lined up as a WR and he is not even on the DC. How can that happen?

Same, although I'm sure he doesn't want to lol

I've had to put a back up returner in every game just because it was pulling from other places on the depth chart. Seen it on the 2 teams I GM

I can't see the Returners Conditioning - the build is closed.

Probably if the returner is strictly on the returner spot he'd return every one I guess.

I have the same problem though, I have 4 or 5 different returners a game.

The WR Billy Boggs is our returner. HB Miss Direction returned two punts but isn't listed as returner on the depth chart.

http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/8565/1496930 - Returner Billy Boggs is at SE2
http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/8565/1497109 - Returner Billy Boggs is at FW3

Ideally I'd use our depth chart that puts better blockers on returns but that causes defensive players to play offensive line and that sucks worse.

If you're missing any slot in those 2 depth charts, then this can happen. It will pull returner and put him at one of the open slots.

Fill out the charts, and you'll be okay. Corndog also said he was going to work on a depth chart priority fix for this so that it doesn't pull the KR/PR out of his role for another role.

But until then fill the depth chart.

I always had every slot filled for each game. I was fine and our returner returned everything... until a couple games ago. Now our HB will get one or two returns a game.

Most of our team neglected conditioning so over the past week they've been increasing that so I hope that isn't it. We've never had a problem with offensive guys playing defense or vice versa. But now all I have left to think is that now that players are faster they are also using up more energy, requiring more conditioning. So even though the team as a whole has increased their conditioning over the past few games, it's not enough to make up for their increased usage of energy because they are using their higher skills more...

hmmmm :/

Definitely not resolved though I think, maybe in that situation, but not the one on my team.

When that bug is fixed, I will. If I have to have players playing outside of their depth chart assignment I'd rather have a HB returning kicks than a DE, CB, or FS playing offensive line.
