You create a dot, boosted, can't find a team, and then automatically get left behind and get f'ed because you have to retire and lose the flex.

Why are the CPU teams getting full?

Inactive owners, owners not looking for players while they have their 2 players on a 43 man team, and which type of toon did you build?

You actually don't get left behind if you can't find a team. Unless something changed from testing, dots age counter starts AFTER they hit plateau.

You could miss a ton of games and play super sporadically during your pre-plateau career. Wouldn't matter or shorten his lifespan in terms of quantity of games.

Plateau is also game based

When i was recruiting though i would only send contracts to players lvl 2 who had full exp... people who aren't on a Cpu team are kind of behind xp wise

yeah this is exactly what owners will be looking at, unless your willing to retire and build an experienced

only behind those of us already steamrolling, but they will be in front of those that come after, kinda win win if you ask me

There will be teams looking for rookies next season. So he isn't left behind in that regard either...

how i am not an admin yet? i couldnt agree more.

So...do i get this right? I Could Release all my Players One Game before i reach Sophemore ( or just make them on Last Day) and Could sign all to New Rookie team next Year and dominate from Start all dots with 1000 SPs???

They would dominate their whole career if thats the case

No, you would have to sign with the next tier teams, sophomore would be my guess.
