I was asked to step down by ManO because I wasn't as involved with the team or as good an OC as ManO wanted. Winning four playoff games with an unboosted roster wasn't enough. I am no longer involved with RR.

I could use a OC as it would take some work of my DC/OC guy.I had talked to BK about jumping on but it seems he made his decision already so I am looking and checking if I can find someone to help to take some work of Landry as he has a full plate himself with stuff.

umm ...this didn't have to be aired in public ...I have my reasons for the call and I explained it to andersonba ...I never kicked him, I just asked him to step down, which he did ...it had nothing to do with BK ...but me and BK had worked well together as coordinators in the past ...it takes nothing away from andersonba, he'll be a handy addition to some other team if you can convince him to come join your team ...but I have no qualms about the call that I have made ...RR needed a change!
