Right now, you have to open every single post to see what position(s) a team is recruiting for.
Another nice thing would be some indication on the team's home page if the roster is full, rather than having to find a team link, open that, and then open the roster. It's a pain when you're trying to look through 20 team posts to see who is full. The ad may say that they are looking for a, b, and c positions, but if the roster is already full...game over.
Not sure of the best solution, but I know it aint fun.
At least having this sub-forum broken down into position based sub-sub-forums would help eliminate all the team ads that aren't relevant to begin with.
