OP, may be a stupid question but wondering.

I'm guessing the experienced feature is just for experience in that given season, but maybe we will gain the superstar before the season is over?

Anything on this?

Yes, this is for when you make a player after day 1 of the regular season.

When Season 2 starts, the experience bar starts back at 0.

yes but it seems like the question would be that in mid season 2 could you create an experienced player and still use the superstar ability on them if you had one to use?

You can make any type of player mid way through the season. I don't see why you can't or they wont let you make the player (whether regular or superstar) to be made mid-season. That wouldn't be great marketability.

... re-read my question. I'll dumb it down.

We're in the first season of the game. At the end of this season, everyone's players will be sophomores. Our players will hit sophomores day 40 (I assume). Therefore that will trigger completing 1 tier of a player thus gaining 1 point in your superstar progress bar. If I have enough to fill one of those three bars I will have gained a superstar to build on day 40.

This is my question:
On that day 40 will I be able to create a superstar as 'experienced' to gain all the SP that he would have gained from THIS season and have him be a sophomore with all my other toons next season.

Technically I should because it would still be season 1?

not sure but I would assume no that just seems to easy

Pretty much what I said with my second post about being mid season, it would be the same at the end of the season as well. So yes, I would think you would be able to make a Superstar on said Day 40 of Season 1 and be a Sophomore at the beginning of Season 2. You're still making an experienced player, whether he is or not a Superstar.

Probably not.

I think the experienced option shuts off on day 40, the same day as the last game of the season that gives you the XP required to hit the next tier.

At least that's how it's supposed to work.

So, Season ends on Day 43 and the last game is day 40. What are those 3 days used for? resigning players?

It's kind of why I was asking why we can't have or make multi-season contracts. But only one person really was in favor. Everyone else kind of didn't understand what I was asking.

and without the ability to see when an agent last logged on you have no idea if/when he will see a contract offer....a 3 day window is to short and multi season contracts should be allowed IMO....
