or everyone is tired of beating up on ABD and decided to head somewhere else because this game is too easy.

Yea, GLB2 = Garbage. I don't get it. I have to log on and assign multiple points every day, cant really do much of anything tactically that would make it rewarding enough to justify putting in the time to assign XP daily, and we play random ""Ladder" games which as far as I can tell, mean nothing other than filler to get you more XP and look at some ridiculous ranking system that's not really reflective of anything...

Players are cheaper, teams are more expensive, and nobody I know seems to be even close to liking it equally to GLB, so whats the point?

i have a dot. but i couldnt care less about the game. there is no goal, no focus. it doesnt seem to matter what i do with the build. nothing is important or unimportant.

its just too casual for my tastes i guess.

Anyone happen to know how demotion out of Reg. Pro. Elite 1 works?

If we hypothetically get our asses handed to us this season, do we get knocked down to a Reg. Pro Comp league in S40, crush a bunch of CPU's, move back to Reg. Pro. Elite 1 in S41, then a shot at National Pro in S42?

Cause I'll probably just ragequit now.

Last season, the Palm Bay Paladins finished #9 in Regional Pro Elite #1, and this off-season we got dropped down to Regional Pro Competitive #3.

However, we were able to lobby our way back up into Elite #1 by swapping with a CPU-roster team, and by pointing out that we stomped the #1 team in the conference, almost upset #2 and #4, and defeated two other playoff teams along the way, plus last season we were 240 days old, and now we're 280 days old. And here we are.

So, don't worry about it. If you can find someone to swap with, you should be fine, unless you go winless and lose every game by 80 or something. Just have a pulse.

In the end, all I could get was Reg Pro Elite #1. They wouldn't let me go any higher.

Yell at Corndog and EllisBell about it, I guess. I sure did.

That sucks Novus. A couple of deserving teams in the West will miss promotion.

Agreed. Meanwhile, Tampa Bay with an all-CPU roster is wasting space in USA Pro... and Tampa Bay WANTED to switch with us.

But Ellis was all, "Herp, there's better teams than yours that would deserve that spot more, derp."

I asked, "Are any of those more-deserving teams asking to move up? No? Then move us up instead. We'll do better than Tampa Bay will for damn sure."

She saw it differently.

VERY odd... I usually consider Ellis to be one of the few sane ones in Support. Very uncharacteristic of her.
