I don't know what to think of this. Are there any improvements, differences, than the 1st GLB?

Its more focused on the players this time around. Lots more skills and stuff to invest your SP's into and theres no slowbuilding. Instead of having our players useless for many seasons, you can spend the skill points as you get them. Less focus on the coordinating aspect and smaller rosters (43).

many differences... like this one is not all that good. GLB classic was at least interesting. We told them we wanted a game that would keep our interest more, and we got the exact opposite. Is anyone really surprised there? They don't really seem to understand what interests the users have... outside of football thus GLB 2 instead of another game that would not be causing friction between users and causing a classic versus II rift.

What, exactly, are your interests here? I honestly don't see the problem, especially if you consider that all or most of the players you have been watching are not even half of a season into their "careers" It seems kind of idiotic to say that this game is less interesting when you really haven't even given it a chance. I would guess that the actual sim is more geared to and built around players that aren't practically babies. It's either bitch now, or bitch later. Bitch now means you have no patience. Bitch later means your build crap players and/or have no knowledge of football.. Please enlighten me

Got a couple of players limping along in their freshman season, waiting and seeing. So far, I like that I can stick 'em in a pickup game when I get bored. Like everybody else I suppose, I am not so fond of not knowing what I'm doing. I figure that's first-season related, or it might be related to the "casual" nature of the game. That's why I'm poking around the forums. I'm not too scared, given the whole "respec" capability, which I gather lets you just un-screw-up your build at any time.
