The Superstar progress bar resets when you use a superstar, and then you can't increase the bar while you have a superstar of the tier active.
That discourages me from making new players as often as I'd like since I know they won't count towards the progress bar. So I propose a change so that only the superstar player itself doesn't fill up the bar.
I understand the idea is to not have superstar players flooding the teams, however, freezing the bar completely while you have a superstar out pretty much tells me to save my flex for when I want to build the superstar bar up again.
